Candidate Description:
This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate has seven years milling experience and completed a large corporation's milling academy. He is currently the Mill Manager for large flour mill. In his current position, he is responsible for the daily flour mill operation, four-million-bushel grain elevator, and bulk load and unload department. In addition to the daily operations, he is responsible for leading safety initiatives and policies, initiating strategic capital improvements for safety, productivity, and food safety, and developing colleagues to build capability in current and future roles. This candidate has experience leading large facilities with 50 to 100 plus employees, union and salary. In addition to driving a safety-first culture, he had experience with managing through specified budgets, leading sustainable profit increase, and delivering financial increase through profit and loss statement. This candidate’s strength is leading a diverse workforce, driving productivity and efficiency, and organization of priorities and goals. He also excels at abstract thinking, troubleshooting and mechanical and technical skills. He is looking for a position that will help him develop his management, technical, and mechanical skills.
