Candidate Description:

This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT Candidate worked on his family’s dairy and crop production farm in northwest Wyoming as a teenager. At a young age, he learned to operate and maintain the entire equipment line used for harvesting alfalfa hay and corn silage for the consumption of their dairy cows. While getting his B.S in Animal Science at Brigham Young University, he also worked for a farm in southeast Idaho windrowing and baling alfalfa hay for area dairies. Most of his life has been filled with long hours and hard work. Strong work ethic and a desire to inspire those around him to do the same have been a gauging tool for past successes in recent production years. For many years, he has managed more than production ground and quality control points in a production cycle, but has also managed people to accomplish desired goals. He daily managed and directed full-time, part time and seasonal employees to accomplish all the tasks that needed to be performed to ensure a productive harvest. He is seeking a position with an employer that allows him to assist in fulfilling the desired goals of their operation. His goal in production agriculture has always been to work hard, manage well and produce a quality product.
