His positions within the company range from Administrative Manager to Product Owner, Digital Experience. His recent project resulted in a web ordering site that was on time, under budget and fit the expectations of the customer. He is an experienced candidate with leadership in the animal nutrition industry with a focus in driving efficiency and process improvement. He has the ability to analyze a problem and bring together stakeholders from Sales, Production, IT, Finance, etc. This candidate can connect with people and hear them out; and then sort through the details and make a decision that will be best for the business recognizing that all teams may not be completely happy. His passion for the livestock industry is broad. He has been personally involved in their family’s diversified farm as a youth, currently live on a small acreage with Shorthorn cattle, and have observed his kids continue in the industry with roles in integrated pork production and food distribution. This candidate is an avid student of the industry and have filled the role of explaining agriculture in his recent work environment where most team members had little current knowledge of agricultural practices.
