Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in chemistry, chemical-related field or comparable related animal feed & nutrition field
- Significant account management and business development skills are critical
- At least 7 years sales experience in Animal Feed specialty chemicals
- An existing Animal Feed book of business
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Understanding of international trade and the chemical distribution value chain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territory
- Expand dairy segment offerings, while developing monogastric segments(poultry & swine)
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Contribute with the commercial team implementing new marketing initiatives and integrating future book of business resulting from potential acquisitions
- Drive positive change within the organization to improve customer satisfaction and create shareholder’s value
