JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc. Agronomy, Chemistry or other Ag-related degree
- Minimum 7 years specialty fertilizer sales experience within the Ag industry
- Proven record of over-achieving sales quotas
- Solid key account management experience is a MUST, preferably with one of the Top U.S. Agronomy Retailers
- CRM experience
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Knowledge / Understanding of U.S.Ag fertilizer distribution value chain as well as international trade
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation
- Ability to travel as necessary

JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this Account Manager - Specialty Fertilizers role, you will:
- Be expected to meet and/or exceed your sales targets in your assigned territory
- Successfully create business from existing and new client accounts
- Conduct complex negotiations with Senior-Level Executives
- Establish / Maintain long-term relationships and rapport with clients
- Contribute to new marketing initiatives within commercial team and integrate book of business from future acquisitions
- Positively drive change within organization to improve / streamline client satisfaction and to create value for shareholders
