Job Title: Ag Construction, Grain Bin Sales
Location: Nebraska / Kansas

Commission / Bonus: Based on Commission

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Construction background in cement, steel, or even electrical would all be a plus. Experience with Sales Supervisory or Foreman skills also a plus
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, and a good attitude is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as knowing the value of good leadership in working to develop teamwork in working with construction crew, the customer, and making sales.
- CDL with good driving record would be an asset in assisting with the flow between the sale, the customer, and the construction crew that is completing the sale.
- Millwright background
- 5 + years sales experience
- Bin erection experience preferred
- Experience in construction and/or farming is preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing an established Ag business in looking for a Grain Bin Salesman in the construction of grain bins, grain handling equipment, and mill work to complete projects. One who will also be the intermediary between the sale, and completion of the project working with in house crew as well as subcontractors on overflow in pouring cement to final set up for the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Territory will be Kansas and southern Nebraska
- Sales of grain bins and bin equipment
- Good communications skills to work with customers, construction crew and subcontractors
- Brings a positive attitude and is forward-thinking
- Willing to jump in and assist where needed during peak demands on the construction side- land prep, cement, erection or finish work
- Travel and overnights are required
