JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - 4-year Agriculture, Engineering or other Ag-related degree - Minimum 3 years territory sales of Ag Equipment - Proven record of sales achievements and "hunter sales mentality" - Good knowledge / understanding of Nebraska cropping systems - Self-directed, performance-driven, and customer service-focused within a teamwork atmosphere - Great communication skills; a relationship builder - Flexible work attitude with ability to react quickly to rapidly changing situations - Valid driver license with clean driving record - Currently residing/working within central Nebraska
JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an experienced Ag Equipment Sales Representative for a new line of Ag Equipment entering the U.S. market space. You will be an ambassador for the organization and will have the opportunity to help build this new Ag Equipment Brand in the State of Nebraska. Primary responsibility will be to call on potential Ag dealers and Ag growers to sell this product and service. You will work closely with your Team Members and Location Manager to pursue sales leads working independently from a central Nebraska location and from your home office/vehicle. This role will provide you with opportunities to generate, hunt down and chase sales leads and sales projects. You will also have opportunities to travel abroad to visit global headquarters for continued training.
