Job Description: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established Financial Institution seeking an Agricultural Loan Officer/Vice President for position in Missouri. This individual will work directly with customers in one-on-one meetings to help them determine their loan needs with an overall responsibility for branch growth and the quality of loan volume, growth of core deposits, and generation of professional fees while controlling the branch overhead expenses. Other duties to include:

- Will be expected to grow loans, service existing loans and to be involved in the community.
- Will be a member of the Loan and discount Committee, which approves or declines loans.
- Will be expected to aid the Loan Processing Department to develop clear and concise credit memos, lesson technical exceptions to the loan files and provide and collect proper documentation.
- Will be expected to become aware of most banking rules and regulations as it relates to lending.
- Be involved in branch management, they will be expected to assist in the hiring and retention of branch personnel for that branch.
- Lenders who are also Branch Managers or Branch Presidents are responsible for the day to day operation of the branch, in consultation with the Bank President.
