QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2- or 4-Year Agronomy degree strongly preferred or other Ag-related degree
- Recent Agronomy Management experience preferred; will consider an individual looking to move up into this role level
- Good working knowledge/understanding of sales and operations for Ag chemical, Fertilizer, Seed, Application Services as well as Mapping and VRT recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer relationship skills
- Computer proficiency
- Self-directed with good time management skills
- Ability to pull together an Agronomy Team to all work well together

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Established Ag Employer seeking an experienced Agronomy Manager to oversee their quickly expanding Agronomy division. Ideal individual will have recent Agronomy Management experience and good working knowledge / understanding of area crops as well as current Ag chemicals, fertilizer, seed and application services used in the current Ag market space.
Employer offers competitive base salary range of 80-100K, possibly higher for the right individual, plus opportunity for annual bonus plus very good benefits package. Employer location is semi-rural in Minnesota with easy access to major shopping, restaurants, professional sports and other recreational activities for the family.
