JOB QUALIFICATIONS
:

- Ag-Related Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- CCA certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Variable Rate Application software or other crop planning software preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Agronomy Sales experience
- Minimum 3 years Agronomy Sales Management experience
- Proven Leadership skills

- Solid Communication skills
- Self-Driven and Performance Focused
- Good Computer skills
- Solid experience with office equipment preferred
- Ability to travel overnight up to 65%


JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Established Ag Retailer seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Manager to oversee a team of Midwestern U.S. Agronomy Salespeople. Primary role will be to drive sales of Agronomy products and services by providing aggressive sales targets and working to provide best vendor pricing to build sales programs for staff. This Agronomy Sales Manager will work with the Management Team to create and satisfy sales goals. This role requires expertise in:
- Agronomy
- Sales Training/Mentoring
- Development of Sales Staff
