JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma or GED required
- Ag-Related Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Ag background a MUST
- Minimum 2 years of experience crop scouting, working directly with Ag growers making crop inputs recommendations and selling crop inputs and services; 3-5 years preferred
- Self-directed with exceptional professional attitude
- Good time management and communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a firmly-established Ag retailer located in North Central Nebraska seeking 1-2 Agronomy Salespersons. Primary responsibilities to include:
- Crop scouting
- Providing recommendations for high-yield fertility programs, designed to maximize yield results
- Staying up-to-date on latest agronomic technologies and promoting the proper use of those technologies and products
- Managing your time efficiently, especially while calling on Ag growers and prospective Ag growers
- Maintaining a polished and positive professional public presence...you will be the "face" of the company in the community
- Coordinating work orders with the Branch Manager
- Coming alongside other Sales Team Members to bring prospective customers onboard
- Contributing as a productive and respectful Team Member
- Working extended seasonal hours to meet expectations of customers
- Performing other duties as assigned by Branch Manager
