- Ag Background a MUST
- Ag Retail Sales experience required; Ag Sales Management experience preferred
- Experience Directing Others
- Experience with Farm / Livestock Equipment beneficial
- Excellent People Skills a MUST
- Ability to Drive Sales Growth a MUST
- Individual with Ties to this area is a REAL PLUS
- Clean driving record



JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Established Ag Equipment Manufacturer seeking a Branch Sales Manager for one of their growing facilities located in Southeastern South Dakota. This Manager will oversee sales, service and parts functions for the facility as well as up to 12 personnel. The primary goal of this Manager will be to drive Sales Growth for this location and provide Exceptional Customer Service. The ideal individual will have an Ag background and experience selling Ag Equipment or managing an Ag Equipment business. This individual MUST HAVE excellent customer relationship skills, a desire to treat this business as if they were the owner and be easily trainable.
