Commission / Bonus: Annual Bonus:$2,000-$3,500

QUALIFICATIONS
:

- High School or GED diploma preferred
- 1 or more years of Custom Spray experience preferred; however, Employer will train the right individual
- CDL preferred but not required
- Farm background highly desired with ability to work independently much of the time
- Ability to work long hours during busy Agronomy season in Spring and Fall required
- Solid mechanical skills preferred
- Experience utilizing GPS monitors and systems very beneficial
- Clean driving record



JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Established Ag Retailer seeking Custom Applicators for several of their Eastern Nebraska locations. These Applicators will spray between
8-15,000 acres per season and will need to have solid mechanical abilities and a desire to work long hours independently during busy Agronomy season. CDL and valid Nebraska Applicator license desired OR individual must have ability to obtain through assistance of employer. Employer will also consider training inexperienced individuals from area with farm background, strong work ethic and willingness to be trained.

GREAT POSITION FOR INDIVIDUAL LOOKING TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY. STRONG HOURLY WAGE PLUS BONUS TO $3,500 AND VERY GOOD BENEFITS PACKAGE.
