QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year commercial spray experience preferred
- Ability to operate liquid Ag chem spray equipment and dry fertilizer spreaders
- Experience with up-to-date precision technology including monitors
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work extended hours during busy season as necessary
- Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- CDL preferred but not required
- State of Ohio Applicator's license preferred but not required


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Custom Applicator for a Progressive Agronomy Services Employer in West Central Ohio. Ideal candidate will have experience operating liquid spray and fertilizer spreading equipment that is equipped with up-to-date precision technology. The candidate of choice will have a strong Customer Service focus, the ability to work well with minimal supervision and the motivation to work extended hours as necessary. Employer is seeking a true Team Member for their organization.

Equipment to be operated is all newer than 2010 and average acres sprayed per year are 20-25,000.

Employer offer relocation assistance for a well-experienced Custom Applicator. This is a small, rural community within easy driving distance of major shopping, entertainment, restaurants and potential employers for spouse.
