- 4- or 2-year Information Science and/or Information Technology degree

- Solid ability to problem-solve and provide IT support and security
- Self-directed, trustworthy with ability for confidentiality
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional computer skills and proficient in multiple software systems
- Ability to install/maintain computer software including smart phones, tablets, workstations and printers
- Valid driver license with ability to travel minimally
- Some knowledge/understanding of the Agriculture industry would be helpful but not required


Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Entry-Level IT Specialist for a diversified Agricultural Employer located in Eastern Nebraska. Ideal individual will have a recent 4- or 2-year Information Science and/or Technology degree and have some knowledge/understanding of the Agriculture industry. This IT Specialist will be working with several Ag entities located in different buildings in town so minimal short-distance travel will be required. Primary duties to include:

- IT support for a Windows-based operating system including managing a Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V
- Software installation/maintenance and providing technology upgrades to business owners
- Monitoring surveillance system and ensuring safety/security of company information
- Traveling between locations in same general area
- Maintaining a professional company image and being a part of a dynamic, progressive business team
