QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good crop production experience
- Good preventative maintenance and general repair skills
- Willing and able to get CDL
- Good agronomic skills
- Experience operating large late model row crop precision equipment
- Pride in what they do and have
- Prefer some spray experience, but willing to train willing and able person
- Need to be bale to read and follow chemical labels

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for an experienced Farm Equipment Operator for this Southeastern Kansas crop producer. Person will assist in all aspects of crop production; planting through harvest and who will also help operate their self-propelled sprayer. Would really like to find a person who has experience operating larger late model JD precision equipment. This person will help spray roughly 18,000 acres. The majority of sprayed acres will be within a 20-mile radius. Need to have good math skills and able to calculate chemical rates and read chemical labels. Person needs to be conscientious and very aware of surrounding during application. Important that person take pride in what they are doing. Need to be a self-starter and able to work a flexible schedule during season. Need good experience with routine maintenance and general repair and be willing and to get CDL.
