QUALIFICATIONS:

- MSc. Plant- or Soil-Based degree preferred: Bsc. degree required
- Minimum 5 years of Fertilizer or Organic Soil Additive Sales experience OR minimum 5 years selling in a Competitive Agronomy-Related Selling Environment
- Established Business Relationships with Central Valley Region, California Fruit and Vegetable Growers, Fertilizer Manufacturers, Fertilizer Blenders, Fertilizer Distributors and Area PCA's HIGHLY BENEFICIAL
- In-Depth Knowledge/Understanding of Fertilizers
- Ability to Influence with Excellent Persuasive Skills
- Ability to Convey Messages and Motivate various audiences
- Solid Communication and Interpersonal skills including Excellent Presentation and Speaking skills
- Self-Driven and Performance-Focused
- A Strategic Thinker with Strong Planning/Implementation skills
- Currently residing/working from the Central Valley region of California OR open to relocation to this area of the Western U.S.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

GROUND FLOOR OPPORTUNITY... PROGRESSIVE ORGANIZATION...PROVEN MICROCOSMIC PRODUCT!!! Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a self-driven Fertilizer Sales Director to consult/sell their research-supported micronutrient products to Central Valley Region Ag growers. Employer has a strong presence currently in the Ag sector with livestock feed additives. They are now looking to grow their organic fertilizer business beginning in the Western U.S. with plans to roll out sales to the rest of the domestic U.S. and internationally. This Director will help develop strategic sales policy and will have a say within senior management team. This is a Ground Floor Opportunity.

Responsibilities to include:
- Providing Key Sales/Distribution Leadership
- Placing product with Targeted Accounts
- Establishing/Maintaining Business Relationships with Fertilizer Distributors, Fertilizer Blenders, Compost Manufacturers, Area Ag Growers and Area PCA's
- Developing/Implementing a Strategic Annual Territory Business Plan with Key Essential Wins Identified
- Working within assigned annual expense budget
- Representing organization as Trainer/Presenter with area Ag Growers and relevant Associations and Trade Shows
