Location: Open to world travel on a frequent schedule for extended periods of time 50% to 75% of the time.

Salary Range: $0 - $120000

- Degree in Veterinary Medicine from accredited veterinary college is a preferred
- 10+ years of experience in swine medicine and production at a minimum
- Ability to work with all levels of training to personal in terms of owners, senior managers, production managers, nutritionist, technicians, and other veterinarians
- Excellent communication, planning and organized with the ability to train and develop high performing teams in an environment of collaboration and creativity
- Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve high levels of performance improvement
- Willing to do frequent international travel for extended periods of time
- A can-do attitude that is resilient, patient, creativity, and pioneering


Hansen Agri Placement is assisting an international company in filling a position as a Global Training Specialist. Previous experience in Asia region is an advantage but not a requirement. Must be willing to travel internationally extensively and for extended time across Asia which will include but not limited to China, Russia, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. In addition, will be traveling south and also be working with Australia and New Zealand.

You will also collaborate with and administer all training activities and efforts at farm level. Leading in-house training and development with all supply chain managers and employees, while identifying training needs and training gaps within supply chain function in close cooperation with operations/line managers and the HR Business Partners. You will prepare teaching aides what assist in training, such as handbooks, visual aids, SOP manuals and online modules. You will also maintain accurate training records while managing and staying with in your training budget. You will need to cooperate with external training vendors and deliver tailored training programs and courses. We need you to also build an internal network of trainers and organize regular "Train the Trainer sessions.
