- 7-10 years experience cultivating in a large-scale commercial, production environment. Experience cultivating in the Colorado cannabis industry is also preferred
- Extensive farm or agricultural experience
- Previous experience managing large teams
- Knowledge of techniques and equipment for planting, cultivating, handling and harvesting products for consumption
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods
- Ability to monitor, oversee and control company resources to include coordination of people and resources
- Ability to plan and organize specific objectives and prioritize
- Ability to store, record and maintain information in electronic and written form
- Ability to analyze data and problem solve efficiently
- Ability to anticipate problems, troubleshoot and problem solve. Consider relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate resolutions, review related information to evaluate options and implement solutions


Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a proven Grow Manager for this southeast Colorado "State of the Art" grow facility. Facilities will resemble that of a sophisticated laboratory. Searching for candidates who have a proven background in the greenhouse industry and who are technically minded. Those who hold a degree in Botany, Horticulture or related field are highly preferred or those who have equivalent proven grow-house management experience. Strong attention to detail in record keeping for company and for state regulatory compliance is of the highest importance. Manager will prepare budgets, maintain meticulous records, hire staff & provide proper personnel management. Need strong ability to direct and supervise employees in every stage of growing through harvest, and all the way up through the sale of the product. This person will manage daily grow-house operations, including but not limited to planting, watering, preparing soil mixes, fertilization, insect and disease control, and establishing and monitoring plant growth environments. Good fertilizer and pest management highly preferred.
