- Good hay production experience a must
- Pivot experience of newer model pivots is a plus

- Strong mechanics and routine maintenance of equipment and general repairs experience a must
- Welding skill a plus

- Communication with fluent English is needed
- Good attitude working in a team is a must

- Good cow/calf experience a plus, willing to assist as needed is a must


Hansen Agri-Placement is looking for a good Hay Farm/Ranch Assistant for a northeastern Nevada operation. Employer needs a person who knows hay production, general maintenance, pivot operation, and repair of equipment. Candidate needs to be knowledgeable, flexible, and willingness to jump in and help where and when needed with cow/calf operation when not putting up hay. This is an expansion position as employer is adding a couple more pivots into production this coming year. Married or single, but looking for someone with experience, reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness. Housing is a newer 3 bedroom modular that has been moved in and is ready to go. Good family locations in terms of proximity to K-12 schools; as employer has two locations available, one on a 45 minute bus ride and the other does not have bus service, but is only 10 minutes from town. Close proximity to a community college allows the employer work with employees to attend classes during the slow time of the year and pay for your tuition as a benefit.
