JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education in Agriculture, Business, Industrial or Energy program preferred
- Ag Background
- Minimum 3 Years of Sales Experience with Proven Assertive Sales Personality

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a well-established Midwestern Ag Parts Distributor/Manufacturer in hiring an Inside Parts Salesperson to be located at their offices in Eastern Iowa working primarily within their Ag Division; however, also with their Industrial and Petroleum Divisions. This individual will have responsibility for answering phone calls to sell product to customers and to assist customers with technical questions on their purchased parts. Additional duties to include:

- Providing excellent customer service and relationship management as well as consultative selling
- Aiding customers in troubleshooting problems over the phone
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services provided
- Safeguarding/Maintaining all provided tools and equipment
- Meeting sales goals as determined by Sales Manager
- Attending training sessions as necessary
- Future duties to include following up with customers
