- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or related experience and/or training.

- Valid Driver’s License.
- Class A CDL with required endorsements preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and sit, stand, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl at times.
- Ability to work in dusty conditions, adverse weather conditions and temperatures, occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and usually loud noise levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Maintain positive professional relationships across the organization and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Working knowledge of business computer skills (Microsoft Office, accounting, database, and internet software).
- Exhibit exceptional customer relation skills.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established Ag Business seeking an experienced Location Manager in Nebraska. Location Manager will directly supervises the assigned employees at the location. Adheres to supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


- Follow the safety guidelines and safety programs established and complete safety reports and required records.
- Responsible for compliance and employee training at the location regarding governmental regulations and safety.
- Maintain all records required by OSHA or safety procedures, as well as training of staff, and recording of documentation utilizing the designated software platform.
- Responsible for budgeting and Fixed Asset requests, and operational expenses for the location.
- Promote and support Grain, Agronomy, Feed, and Energy programs at the location.
- Responsible for leading daily housekeeping, maintaining a safe clean environment for employees and customers.
- Monitor inventory quality/condition and complete weekly inventory reports.
- Provide customers a cash grain bid and explain basic grain contracts as well as entering grain offers in designated software.
- Responsible for personnel training, maintaining that records are current and tasks are performed properly and safely.
- Proactively reach out to customers and develop positive customer relationships.
- Adhere to the credit guidelines.
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing policies and goals.
- Develop and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork among location and company staff.
- Inform the Area Manager/COO of operational, customer, vendor, or employee issues that may arise.
