JOB QUALIFICATIONS
:

- 2- or 4-year business-related degree OR minimum 3 years of Farm/Ag Equipment territory sales experience
- Proven success selling new or used Ag Spray Equipment as well as assessing trade values
- Commissioned sales experience a MUST
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train / educate others on operation of equipment as well as demonstrating value-added sales techniques and models
- Strong organizational and time management skill set
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to travel Kansas City - Concordia area and south of this area on a regular basis; home most evenings

- Clean driving record with no more than 2 minor violations within past 3 years and no major violations within last 5 years
- Currently residing close to the Kansas City to Concordia area

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Outside Ag Equipment Salesperson responsible for developing relationships with and selling to area farmers and Ag retailers within the Kansas City to Concordia, MO and south of this area. Ideal individual will have a firm understanding of Farm/Ag Equipment and will have commissioned B2B or B2C selling experience. Primary role will be to call on retailers and large independent farming operations to develop relationships and to sell equipment, parts and services.

***BASE SALARY NEGOTIABLE FOR A HIGHLY-EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE. POTENTIAL TOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF $100,000+ IN THIS ROLE.***
