Job Description:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Ag Business in search of a P&C Farm Sales-Location Manager. The primary responsibility of the position is to drive and grow new farm and agribusiness insurance business revenue. You'll manage client relationships to ensure that your clients' insurance coverage needs are met and lead the agency location farm sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Seek and contact prospective farm and agribusiness farm clients.
- Determining clients' insurance needs by scheduling focus appointments; analyzing extent of present coverage and recommending new and/or more comprehensive coverage options.
- Quote farm accounts and present partnering plans to prospective clients.
- Ensure clients receive superior customer service.
- Conduct annual farm and agribusiness insurance reviews.
- Train new farm sales agents.
