Commission / Bonus: Potential Bonus: $5-10,000.00

- AAS Ag-related degree or equivalent experience with Precision Equipment
- Minimum 1 year recent Precision Equipment Service experience; 2-3 preferred
- Ability to read/interpret electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems schematics
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair applicable systems
- Experience operating hand, power and pneumatic tools as well as OEM electronic service tools
- Solid computer technology skills including good working knowledge of MS Office and data transfer
- Sales- and Customer Service-focused personality with solid ability to recommend/promote product line while effectively resolving customer issues/concerns
- Good communication skills including both verbal and written
- Ability to work well independently with effective time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skill set
- Ability to work effectively as a productive team member
- Clean driving record with ability to drive to customer's location to service equipment
- Flexible schedule to include possible overnight travel periodically

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a solid Ag Equipment Retailer to identify and hire an experienced Precision Technician in Southern Wisconsin. This Precision Technician will be tasked to promote and support all Precision Ag products sold and serviced by this company.

Primary responsibilities to include:
- Coordinating collaborative customer support activities with area Service Manager
- Trouble-shooting Precision Equipment and systems remotely to include recommending/securing professional support as necessary
- Installing Precision products and systems on equipment
- Helping to promote and sell all Precision Ag products directly or by assisting Machine Sales personnel

Additional Duties:
- Participating in promotions, i.e., presentations, meetings, events, how to sell, brochures and more
- Staying updated on current, competitive and wholesale Precision Ag products, equipment/systems used to perform Precision Ag
- Reviewing new sales orders and order parts needed to fill orders
- Reviewing and recommending growth opportunities throughout the region.
- Maintaining a complete understanding of products and systems sold as well as understanding the use, function, systems building and ordering of Precision Ag products
- Encouraging adoption of new technology and product offerings to customers and staff personnel
