QUALIFICATIONS:

- 10+ years cow/calf experience with 3+ years of ranch management experience
- Animal health and cattle doctoring skills are required
- Solid routine ranch maintenance and general repair skills are necessary
- Ability of ranch upkeep, including houses, buildings, fences, and all areas of the ranch
- Strong communications skills, record keeping, integrity, and overall dependability in working with owner, and ranch hands as well

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-Placement is searching for a working Ranch Manager with a strong cow background for a ranch in North Central Colorado. This is a hands-on position as working manager of the ranch, livestock, and property. Looking for the right person, preferably from the area that has managed a cow/calf enterprise in the past. Candidate needs to take pride in their work and will be expected to develop a high level of responsibility in the overall management of the ranch and property. Looking for a person that not only has good integrity, but also experience, strong skill set, stability, and references. Great location for raising a smaller family as only have a 2 bedroom house. Close to town if the spouse is seeking employment also. Close to the metro area of the front range of Colorado for shopping, entertainment, supplies, medical needs, and/or a variety of entertainment options in the area.
