Salary Range: $95000 - $105000
Commission / Bonus: Bonus 25% of base

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in agriculture related field
- Minimum 5 years experience with direct sales
- Experience selling animal confinement/greenhouse equipment
- Experience in construction rental
- Highly developed sales skills and personal attributes
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop/maintain business relationships
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to travel 50-75%
Job Description: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established Ag Manufacturer with their search for a Sales Manager. This role will report to the Global Vice-President of Sales and be responsible for achieving the sales goals in poultry/swine equipment sales.
Responsibilities:
- Become expert on the company's products
- Develop and execute sales plans
- Add new and profitable customers and grow sales to existing customers
- Work in partnership with independent sales reps and key distributors
- Grow sales in territory
- Conduct training and sales presentation
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, integrator, and end users
