ABOUT EMPLOYER:

Employer is a long-established Farm Equipment dealership. The facility seeking a Store Manager is the largest dealer for their brand of equipment in this area of Colorado. This store sells and services Ag and Construction Equipment plus sells several short lines of equipment to compliment their branded line of products. With a staff of approximately 10 personnel, the potential sales for this location are $16-20 million annually. Lots of growth potential in this area!


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-year Postsecondary Education required or Related Experience; 4-year College Degree preferred
- 5 or more years proven Ag Equipment Sales Management or Operations Management experience
- Experience with CaseIH, John Deere, Kubota, New Holland, McCormick or other AGCO equipment lines
- MUST have Personnel Management experience
- MUST have experience with Retail Store Financials
- Solid ability to Sell Farm Equipment and Coach/Mentor others
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Detail-Oriented with Solid Organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Internet and Social Media technology
- Clean Driving Record
- Currently Residing in Area of Store or Looking to Relocate Back to this Area of Colorado preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established Farm Equipment Retailer seeking a Store Manager for one of their Colorado locations. This Store Manager will provide Day-to-Day Leadership and Accountability for Personnel, Partnerships and Performance at the location. Must be Customer- and Employee-Focused with Desire to Run an Ag Equipment Store As If It Were Your Very Own. Primary duties to include:

- Coordinating/Leading all Store Personnel and Events including Staff Meetings and Marketing Events
- Executing Plans for Achieving Annual Budgets and Business Plans
- Recruiting High-Integrity Personnel
- Coaching/Mentoring/Developing/Overseeing Performance of all Location Personnel as well as Schedules
- Meeting Brand Performance Goals
- Optimizing Profitable Growth in Sales, Parts and Service Departments
- Incorporating PrecisionAg, Data Management and Agronomic Services/Solutions to Customers
- Ensuring Security of the Store, Personnel and Assets as well as Promoting Safety Measures and a Clean, Friendly Atmosphere for Staff and Customers
- Keeping Senior Management Aware of Changes in Marketplace including Competitiveness Issues
- Also, Selling Equipment with Focus on Customer Satisfaction as well as Store Profitability
