Salary Range: $90000 - $120000

Commission / Bonus: Annual Bonus to 50% of salary

- High School diploma or GED degree; 4-year degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience in an Ag Equipment or Heavy Equipment retail environment
- Self-directed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and GREAT people skills
- Proven leadership and relationship building abilities
- Solid computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs and, preferably, the CDK Global system
- Valid drivers license


Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a proven Store Manager to oversee a 30+ personnel Ag Equipment dealership located in the Pacific Northwest. Ideal individual will have solid experience leading a dealership location through alignment of systems, personnel, customers and processes with continuing management of key metrics to insure financial, employee and customer goals/needs are being achieved. Primary responsibilities to include:

- Develop/implement/achieve location budget
- Develop/implement plan to produce budgeted sales volume, margins and efficiencies; including the managing/adjusting of pricing as well as key account selling
- Generating growth of parts and service sales
- Achieving targeted market penetration, customer retention, competitive conversions, and monthly/annual sales volume goals
- Identifying/hiring Top Quality personnel
- Scheduling to ensure efficient departmental coverage/support
- Effectively leading teams and providing ongoing mentorship/coaching to utilize performance management systems
- Collaborating with management colleagues to assure new and used inventory turnover targets are achieved
- Reinforcing company branding
- Distributing general company information to dealership personnel, consistently and effectively
- Promoting corporate vision/mission/values
- Actively advocating to adherence of all safety policies/procedures/standards
