An established Ag/Industrial sales/service organization, this employer has built a great customer following in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas and South Dakota and appreciates the hard work of their employees. Employer provides initial training as well as ongoing training for their employees as well as a family-friendly work environment. Focus is on employees being home evenings with their families and during the holidays, this employer provides employees with an extended holiday break to enjoy time with their families. Employer is looking for a long-term employee to cover a sales territory from west of York, Nebraska to Kearney, Nebraska.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to call on Ag and Industrial customers to sell cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, parts washers and floor care equipment as well as irrigation equipment and grain storage solutions. An individual who grew up in an Ag setting would be ideal.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education preferred but not required for the right individual
- Good understanding / knowledge of the Ag sector including shop and farm equipment and implements
- Good understanding / knowledge of Industrial organizations within the targeted sales territory beneficial
- Self-directed with entrepreneurial spirit and strong customer focus
- High integrity
- Strategic thinker with business/sales mindset
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide solutions
- Ability to prospect for new customers while maintaining current customers with solid relationship building process
- Valid drivers license with ability to travel sales territory during day and be home evenings

***SOLID BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSIONS PACKAGE***
