- 5+ years experience in Animal Nutrition Sales with a demonstrated focus on swine
- Demonstrated consistent sales performance with year-over-year results that meet or exceed annual sales targets
- In-depth understanding of the U.S. Swine Nutrition Market and competitive landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; a skilled presenter

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established AG Employer in their search for a U.S. Swine Specialist. This proven sales leader will serve as a Business Development Manager to leverage their sales and client services skills to enhance the Company's growth objectives in new and existing markets. Other responsibilities include:


- Consistently demonstrate the ability to exceed annual sales performance targets
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor profiles and that identify key priorities for each
- Develop a strategic plan, market forecast, and budgeting for the swine species line
- Identify industry opportunities and satisfy client needs and pain-points
- Utilize strong time management and goal setting skills to develop a strategic work and travel plan to enhance key customer relationships while developing potential new client pipelines.
- Conduct species specific training as requested
- Evaluate and report on industry developments and the competitive landscape
- Maintain regulatory requirements and support the implementation of new regulations and safety requirements.
