- Good equipment operations and maintenance experience

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a well-qualified Unit Ranch Manager for this southeast Montana cow producer. Person will need to have a current background in cow/calf production. This person will oversee cattle operations and work directly with cattle in calving, growing, turnout, wintering, summering, feeding, haying, fencing, etc. Employee will oversee full and/or part time employees. Need person who can take direction and learn this operation and be able to come in and prove their-self. This is a progressive operation and is continuing to grow. It is very important that the person have good leadership skills and able to communicate back to owner. This person needs to be dependable, hardworking and have a good attitude, also needs to have good drive and able to take on responsibility. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term employment. Location has excellent hunting and fishing and other outdoor recreation. This is a rural area, so need to realize opportunities for spouse or kids sports may be limited.
