JOB QUALIFICATIONS
:

- 4-Year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or other Ag-Related discipline
- Minimum 8 years Progressive Ag Sales Managerial experience
- Experience Overseeing Ag Territory Salespeople
- Leadership Qualities with keen understanding of the need to develop and maintain teamwork within a Sales Team and within organization
- High Attention to Detail
- Strong Organizational, Documentation and Prioritization skills
- Ability to help create Marketing Programs and Product Forecasts
- Excellent Communication skills including Verbal, Written and Presentation
- Solid Computer skills with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Explorer
- Highest Level of Honesty and Integrity
- Ability to Travel to 60%
- Located Central to Territory near a Major Airport and Interstate System preferred; ideal location would be Colorado or Utah, possibly southern Idaho

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Established Ag Employer seeking an experienced Western Region Sales Manager to cover the western half of the U.S. Primary responsibility will be to assist Employer in achieving their US Agricultural sales goals by assisting territory sales managers to grow sales and develop marketing promotions for all Ag product offerings. Additionally, WRSM will be tasked with some sales responsibility as well as assisting customers in the promotion, merchandising and sale of their Ag product line. Other duties to include:
- Working alongside other RSM peers and Marketing personnel to ensure sales and margin goals are met
- Promoting the use of applications to assist with forecasting/budgeting accuracy
- Business planning
- Serving as liaison to product development staff to conduct testing in the field, claim solving and other Ag product projects

Reports to General Manager - Ag Business.
