- Really prefer candidate who's been in a lead position in feedlot
- Prefer 2-3 years of experience working with cattle/feedlot cattle
- Prefer good animal health skills; Spot, Diagnose, Treat/Doctor
- Feed, pen maintenance, facility upkeep


Hansen Agri Placement is searching for a good Working Feedlot Foreman responsible for day-to-day feedlot operations for this northeastern Nebraska cattle producer. Yard is off by itself and owner would like to find person who can operate and run this location without supervision. Need to have good Animal Health skills; spotting, diagnosing and treating cattle. The person will assist in feeding, pen maintenance, all aspects of this yard. A person needs to have a good attitude and be a good communicator. Will need to have some prior experience in leadership and making a schedule for day-to-day operations. Communicate with owner on daily basis. Good feedlot and facilities have been and will continue to be upgraded. The feedlot is in a good location for family and schools, which makes this a good opportunity for a long-term position.
