The individual hired will serve as a bridge between management and the workforce, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflow, and high-quality work in all areas of crop production. Responsibilities include supervising and working alongside crews in daily field operations, assisting with planting, irrigation, cultivation, and harvest activities. This individual will also assist with training employees, enforcing safety practices, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining modern farm equipment, assisting with irrigation systems including pivots, handlines, and wheellines, and supporting general equipment upkeep and repairs.
