Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a well-established agricultural operation in searching for a Hay Production Assistant for this Wyoming ranch. This is a solid opportunity with a stable operation focused on hay production and general ranch responsibilities.

Position Overview:

This role will focus primarily on hay production and equipment operations and equipment maintenance, with some support of livestock duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment operation, irrigation, and general ranch maintenance and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment for hay production (swathing, raking, baling)
• Assist with irrigation systems (pivots and/or side rolls)
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs
• Support crop rotation activities (forage crops)
• Assist with livestock feeding as needed
• General farm and facility upkeep

Qualifications:

• Hay production and/or farm experience preferred
• Equipment operation and basic mechanical ability required
• Irrigation experience a plus
• Willingness to assist with livestock when needed
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45,000–$65,000 DOE
• Housing provided
