The Manager will oversee herd health and reproduction programs, calf and young stock care, herd recordkeeping, feed utilization, staffing and scheduling, employee training, inventory, and the maintenance and functionality of farm equipment and facilities. This individual will monitor key herd performance measures, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with veterinarians, nutritionists, and management to achieve production and herd health goals.

The successful candidate will provide strong day-to-day leadership to farm employees, establish clear expectations, and promote a culture focused on animal care, safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
