This candidate has a background in cattle/horse ranch operations, guest services, range and wildlife management, and experience in livestock health care that has resulted in a strong understanding of Ranch Management. He is proficient in farm, and heavy equipment operation, Ag products, general contracting and holds a Commercial Driver License. He has guided horse and riders on trail rides with as many as 60 guests at a time. He has helped transport by sea freight, and cared for horse strings of up to 70 head on weeklong trips to Catalina Island. He has cared for 17 head on a fulltime basis. He has managed an island resort; his responsibilities required him to serve as a backup cook and bartender at a 4 star restaurant. As part of the kitchen crew he prepared meals to order for as many as 60 guests and served as many as 600 bar patrons during special events. He prefers to provide service in buffet style and would be able to assist with food service as needed.
