This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate has extensive knowledge of the Angus breed and industry. He has experience in all aspects of ranching including, angus record keeping, calving, backgrounding, haying, farming, extensive AI and embryo transfer experience, budgeting/financial, sale organization, management of multiple employees and irrigation. He is currently the Ranch Manager for a registered Angus and Simmental ranch with 20,000 acres and 700 cows. He is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations including, record keeping, calving, herd health, employee management, haying, farming, fencing, pasture rotation, weaning, bull and heifer development, production sale organization, corn silage harvest, irrigation, AI, synchronization. He had his own AI Business for 15 years and is certified in embryo transfer. He has experience in custom fencing and general construction.
