JOB TITLE: SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Salary $50,000-$80,000, Depending On Experience + Commissions + Bonus + Excellent Benefits including Company Truck, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, PTO & Family-Friendly Work Atmosphere

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Farm/Ag background
- Proven Sales experience

- Good knowledge / understanding of Agronomy; Ag-related degree beneficial

- Excellent Communicator, Critical Thinker and Detail-Oriented individual
- Experienced with various Software Programs to service needs of customer
- Financially Sound with ability to Work Within a Budget
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Able to lift / carry up to 50 lbs.
- Preference for an individual with ties to Western Illinois / Southeastern Iowa

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Sales Account Manager for a Progressive Ag Retailer located in Western Illinois / Southeastern Iowa to call on an established and prospective list of Ag grower customers selling seed, agronomic products and precision Ag services. Additional responsibilities to include:
- Learning / Implementing a value-based selling system
- Understanding / Putting into action marketing plan initiatives
- Developing / Complying to a sales budget
- Developing / Executing a profitable sales plan to effectively meet sales goals
- Maintaining / Growing customer base as well as developing a new customer base
- Working with various software platforms to provide excellent customer service
- Handling / Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
