- 2-3 years of experience running a self-propelled sprayer; currently running John Deere 4930
- Experience with GPS is a must and good understanding of variable rate planting and application is needed as well
- Prefer good crop production experience
- CDL is a plus with good driving record
- Need to be flexible with hours worked, because of weather conditions and have good attitude along with good communication skills
- Hard working, team player, strong communicator, self-starter, motivated
- Handle routine maintenance and general repairs


Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a good Sprayer Applicator/Farm Equipment Operator, who has a crop production background and able to farm when not spraying. This position is located in western Nebraska and will be working for a progressive operation. Need experience running a self-propelled sprayer with a strong farm background and solid references. A person needs to be self-motivated, dependable and someone who takes pride in their work. Need to be able to work in a team environment. Experience with GPS is a big plus as all their equipment is equipped with it. Need to be flexible because when they are not spraying, they'll be helping in other areas of the farm, so need to be willing to assist in all areas of the operation. A house is possible depending on your needs. Wages will be determined by experience. Great area for raising a family.
