QUALIFICATIONS
:

- High School diploma or GED certification, at minimum
- Agricultural background
- Excellent knowledge of Farm Equipment, Farm Parts and Supplies
- Established relationships with MN Farm Equipment dealership personnel a Real Plus

- Solid communication / negotiation skills with strong CRM system skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Dependable and customer service focused a Must
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Employer has preference for individual already residing in and working in this area of the country

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a proven Area Sales Manager for an established Ag Equipment organization to cover a sales territory located in the state of Minnesota. Employer is highly respected in the industry and looking for a talented sales individual to call on independent Farm Equipment dealers, retailers and manufacturers to sell, promote and service their products. THIS TERRITORY HAS LOTS OF ROOM FOR GROWTH!

The ideal candidate will have an Ag Parts background, perhaps from working at a Farm Equipment dealership, and will have experience with territory selling. Primary duties to include:

- Selling as well as promoting and endorsing product line and dealer programs for organization
- Working with accounts to promote pre-season order program
- Working with dealership personnel to train them on use of company products and company website
- Providing updates to dealership personnel on new products, changes in pricing and available programs
- Staying up-to-date on buying history of each customer account, including individual products and product groups
- Remaining current on market trends
- Assisting with warranties, returns, expediting products to accounts and past due accounts as necessary
