JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- Valid driver license; CDL beneficial
- Equipment operation experience
- Solid mechanical skills
- Welding experience beneficial
- Able to read and follow directions/instructions, both written and verbal
- Able to work under minimal supervision while wearing all required personal protective equipment
- Able to squat, crawl on the ground and step up at least a 3 ft. step
- Able to lift and carry up to 95 lbs. to shoulder height and push/pull/grip up to 100 lbs.
- Able to complete other work-related tasks as directed

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established Ag employer seeking a Drill Rig Laborer for a central Nebraska location. Ideal individual will be a hands-on laborer who has welded, used hand tools, operated heavy equipment, and can read/understand/follow written and verbal driller logs and instructions including maps OR wishes to be trained into this role.
The majority of work for a Drill Rig Laborer is in an outdoor setting and this individual may be exposed to hazards associated with outdoor work, including, but not limited to uneven terrain, poisonous plants, insects and/or animals. Additionally, the Drill Rig Laborer may be exposed to temperature extremes for long periods of time and may also be expected to ride in and/or operate a commercial motor vehicle for extensive periods of time throughout the course of employment.
***EMPLOYER ADVISES AN ESTIMATED 1ST YEAR INCOME OF $45,000***
Employer will also consider training a good individual.
