Salary Range: $60000 - $70000

Commission / Bonus: Monthly Commissions Based on Retail Sales

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4-year AgBusiness or other Ag-Related degree preferred; relevant college diploma will also be considered
- Strong Ag Business and Sales Mindset
- Minimum 5 years selling Agricultural equipment or heavy equipment through an established dealer/distributor network
- EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF LARGE TRACTORS, BOTH INSIDE AND OUT
- Good understanding of how Equipment dealerships work including Sales, Financing, Pricing, Contracts, Service, Parts and Warranties
- STRONG RELATIONSHIP BUILDING SKILL SET WITH ABILITY TO DEVELOP NEW TERRITORY BUSINESS A MUST
- Self-Directed, Performance-Driven and Solid Communication Skills
- Ability to travel extensively first year (60-70%) reducing to 40-50% when dealer relationships are established
- Ability to participate in Trade Shows and Customer Appreciation days at dealerships

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a Firmly Established Ag Equipment organization seeking an Equipment Sales Manager to work directly with their Dealer/Distributors assisting them with all business functions with the manufacturer including pricing, contracts, service-related issues and warranty/parts issues. This Equipment Sales Manager will:
- Conduct wholesale and retail sales calls to support Dealer/Distributor retail sales
- Attend area trade shows and Dealer/Distributor support shows
- Manage after-sale support activities
- Manage Dealer/Distributor sales inventory
- Coordinate on-going product training
- Assist Dealer/Distributors to develop and improve performance
- Deliver value to customers and ensure satisfaction
- Take responsibility for resolving Dealer/Distributor issues
- Maintain/Strengthen/Develop strong Dealer/Distributor relationships
- Meet market share and sales volume objecties
- Be responsible for profitability of sales territory

This Equipment Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO of the organization.
