JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- Valid driver license
- CDL beneficial
- Equipment operation experience
- Solid mechanical skills
- Welding experience beneficial
- Able to read and follow directions/instructions, both written and verbal
- Able to work under minimal supervision while wearing all required personal protective equipment
- Able to squat, crawl on the ground and step up at least a 3 ft. step
- Able to lift and carry up to 95 lbs. to shoulder height and push/pull/grip up to 100 lbs.
- Able to complete other work-related tasks as directed

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established Ag employer seeking a Pump Setter for a central Nebraska location. Ideal individual will be a hands-on laborer who has drilled for water, welded, used hand tools, operated heavy equipment, and can read/understand/follow written and verbal driller logs and instructions including maps.

The majority of work for a Pump Setter is in an outdoor setting and this employee may be exposed to hazards associated with outdoor work, including, but not limited to uneven terrain, poisonous plants, insects and/or animals. Additionally, this Pump Setter may be exposed to temperature extremes for long periods of time and may also be expected to ride in and/or operate a commercial motor vehicle for extensive periods of time throughout the course of employment.

***EMPLOYER ADVISES AN ESTIMATED 1ST YEAR INCOME OF $65,000***

Employer will also consider training a good individual.
