- Experienced hands-on mechanic
- Will not require major engine overhaul
- Routine maintenance and general repairs
- Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel and gas engines
- Ag equipment, heavy equipment and small engine background
- Responsible for ordering parts and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies


Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for an experienced Ranch Mechanic for this north-central Nebraska ranch producer. Person needs experience diagnosing and repairing diesel and gas engines, though will not be performing any major work as that will go to town. Person will be working on tractors, hay equipment, heavy equipment and small engines. Repairs of brakes, transmissions, hydraulics, welding and fabrication experience is required. Responsible for ordering parts and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies. Must be able to plan how equipment will come through the shop in the off-season. Will be responsible for invoices and other paperwork to be turned into the office and able to maintain files on all equipment. Update paperwork in vehicles including registration papers, permits tabs, and fuel stickers. Maintain a clean office and shop environment. Do or oversee all roadside service calls whether in-house or outside sourced. There is a chance to work with cows if this person has interest there to, though not required to work with cows.
