Salary Range: $65000 - $85000

Commission / Bonus: 1.5% on sales directly attributable to the Employee (no cap)

- BSc. degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, AgBusiness, Ag Marketing or other related degree program
- 3 or more years recent Ag Grower field sales experience
- Grew up working on a farm OR have recent experience doing business with Ag Growers on a regular basis
- Established Eastern Washington Ag customer relationships, preferably some are apple or fruit growers
- Solid knowledge in IPM as well as organic production processes, systems/technologies
- Experience working in sustainable or organic Ag production OR passionate about moving from conventional crop inputs sector to organic
- Self-Directed and Performance-Driven personality
- Certified Crop Advisor preferred
- Proven experience selling to organic or sustainable Agricultural operations preferred


Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a Progressive Ag Retailer looking to add a Territory Salesperson in Eastern Washington State. Primary role will be calling on area Ag Growers to assist them in effectively producing healthy, organic food. This will include direct on-the-farm presentations and effective phone calls to promote the proper use of crop protection, crop nutrition and additional organic products.

Additional duties to include:
- Following-up on sales leads/prospects
- Developing an effective territory sales and marketing strategy as well as pre-season planning
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, relevant information to Ag Grower customers
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Attending trade shows and, as needed, cultivating solid Ag Grower relationships
